10 Minutes Can Change Your Whole Month ...

Welcome to December and the final (best?) stretch of 2023.

Are you ready to get the most ouf of these next few weeks?

If so, then I want to invite you to do the ONE THING that will make everything else easier ...

to GET PRESENT.

 

Yes, that's right. It is about being present over the holidays.

I am asking you to stop thinking about what you need to do tomorrow, or all the things you did yesterday, or the laundry list of things you need to do today.

 

Just be here now.

 

Being "in the moment" helps you ...

  • Bring the energy, so you can actually enjoy the holidays
  • Feel relaxed (not stressed or frazzled) when holiday events roll around
  • Check-in with you body and mind, to see if you need to rest, eat, have more water, a day off, etc

And it helps you stay focused on what truly matters, so you don't get caught up in all the hustle and end up burning out.

Just a few minutes of slowing down, catching your breath, and noticing your surroundings can help you feel better. I know that has helped me out yesterday!

 

Yes, it sounds counterintuitive, especially when you feel like you have to do it ALL this month. Yet slowing down and checking in with yourself can actually increase your productivity and your energy levels!

So, do what you can, but be gentle with yourself.

That means to get better sleep, eating nutritioous foods, and getting some physical activity in ...

... but don't forget to stop and appreciate the scenergy while you get it done.

 

 

 

A quick way on how to be present over the holidays

Before you get back to your to-do list today, here is my challenge to you:

Set aside 10 minutes to look at your calendar for the month and pencil in (or write in on your mobile device) time for you to feel your best!

Then guard that time like you would an important appointment, business metting, or special event that you can't reschedule - because YOU are the most important commitment!
