Here’s how to make it:
𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧: Chicken thighs, chicken breasts, tofu, salmon, etc.
𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬: Broccoli, bell peppers, and baby potatoes are my go-tos, but you can swap in any veggies you love.
𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫!: Olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper… and don’t forget the lemon slices.
Roasting it brings out ALL the flavors.
𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝟒𝟎𝟎°𝐅 (𝟐𝟎𝟎°𝐂) 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟓-𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬. (Or until your protein is fully cooked)
