👉How Much Sugar Is Considered “Too Much”?
First, it’s important to know there are natural sugars (the kind naturally found in fruits and dairy) and added sugars (like the sugar in processed food and the sweetener – sugar, etc. – you ADD to your coffee/tea/etc.).
💥The max amount of added sugars you should eat in a day is:
→ Women: 6 teaspoons (100 calories or 25 grams)
→ Men: 9 teaspoons (150 calories or 37 grams)
Once you know these numbers, it makes it a lot easier to track your intake on your food labels!
