Chronic Pain & Cholesterol: A Little Flavour For Your Salads

Good morning,

Yesterday, I covered 5 cholesterol myths and shared somethings to reduce, with respect to eating and today, I am sharing with you a delicious recipe that you can use on your salads (and getting more veggies into your day!)

So, here it is …

Orange Hemp Seed Dressing (To Go With Your Salads)

This makes about 3/4 of a cup.

What You Need – 

  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • dash salt and/or pepper


Putting It Together – 

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy.
  2. Serve on top of your favourite salad and Enjoy!

p.s.  Store extra in airtight container in the fridge.  Will keep for about a week.
